The item was great when it eventually arrived. Unfortunately I had to chase the supplier after 6 working days. They said they were going to dispatch that weekend. Item only then dispatched the following Thursday (this delay apparently problems with DHL). Finally got the item today - 12 working days after order. Missed the intended birthday by a whole week :-(

Beautiful piece of stone with simple carving of a peaceful half face. This item is a gift but if I could I would keep it for myself. Seller was brilliant - keeping me up to date about dispatch, and posting. Extremely well packaged and so a. arrived safely. Excellent service
